Bio
Christopher M. Armaly, BRI, has been in The Bahamas all of his life. Chris started his education in Nassau and completed high school in St. Andrews College in Aurora Ontario. He completed his B.A. at McGill University in Montreal, Quebec, before returning home to the Bahamas to work in his family's successful designer retail clothing business. Shortly after, Chris entered the real estate profession and has continued to enhance his skill set through experience and education. Chris holds the BRI designation and has also completed all required courses for the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) and for the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designations. In order to get a better understanding of North American clientele expectations, he has passed the rigorous requirements of the Tennessee Real Estate Commission (TREC) in early 2016. He gives back to his profession as well, having been elected and serving as a Board Director for the Bahamas Real Estate Association (BREA) and actively involving himself as a committee member on the Bahamas Real Estate Association's Investigative Committee and Education Committee. In his community and neighborhood, he has served as President and as a board member on numerous Home Owner's Association's for over fifteen years. Over a decade ago, Chris completed the requirements to obtain his designation as an appraiser and has been conducting appraisals on both residential and commercial class A, B and C buildings and retail centres for major financial institutions and insurance companies throughout the Bahamas. As one of the Bahamas' top producing licensed Brokers, with over twenty years of experience, Chris makes international relocation to The Bahamas easy for those looking to make The Bahamas their paradise whether for home or business.
